Your privacy is very important to me, which is why I collect as little data as possible. The data is collected using the RevenueCat API, which is used for purchasing products within the app. Your user data is therefore stored and managed by RevenueCat. However, this data is completely anonymized and it is hardly possible to draw any conclusions about your person. All data that is stored is important for functionality.

The following data is stored:
- unique app user ID: every user gets an ID, which is necessary for buying products within the app
- the country you are from
- how much money you have spent in the app
- what products you have bought and when
- when you have last opened the app
- since when you have been a user of the app

By accessing my (Katrin Krinke, in the following I/me/my) app, App Logo Resizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. The materials contained in 'App Logo Resizer' are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

I make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, I do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on my website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to 'App Logo Resizer'.

4. Limitations
In no event shall I or my suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use 'App Logo Resizer', even if I or an authorised representative have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

9. In‑App Purchase
All In-app purchases have only the function of a tip and do not unlock any other content. All In-app purchases are of the "Consumable" type and can be purchased more than once. Of course, they can be returned like any other In-app purchase. There is no restore function for purchases, as they do not unlock any features and only serve as a tip.
